With new advice from doctors that to maintain basic levels of fitness it is only necessary to walk around 1 mile per day (1.6km for our continental cousins) I thought I would dig around for some useful walking links.

Suicide Walks

Shortly I'll be adding some walk descriptions with a difference. I call them "suicide walks". These are like normal walk descriptions but there will be annotations to the walk details which will suggest "jumping off" points for people who are feeling depressed. Unlike most other walk descriptions which have a "start" and "finish" point, these walks will only have a "start" point.
