Mystery Muffin

Attempting some home baking last night I mixed the muffin mix and allowed to raise in the oven. Imagine my amazement when, after lightly burning the mix, to see this peculiar image on the crust of the muffin. It reminded me of the image of The Virgin Mary on a piece of cheese on toast that was sold on eBay not long ago.

Sadly since this burning was not blessed with religious overtones I suspect that it will be confined to the bird table before too long.
